Product Description

Lead is a metal chemical element with element symbol Pb, atomic number 82, atomic weight 207.2, and is a non-radioactive element with atomic weight. The metallic lead is a face-centered cubic crystal.

Metal lead is a kind of corrosion-resistant heavy non-ferrous metal material. Lead has the advantages of low melting point, high corrosion resistance, X-ray and γ-rays are not easily penetrated, and good plasticity. Industrial sectors such as cables, batteries and radiation protection.

Lead (Pb) is a high-density, soft blue-gray metal with a melting point of 327 °C and a boiling point of 1740 °C. When the temperature exceeds 400 °C, a large amount of lead vapor escapes, and it is rapidly oxidized into lead oxide smoke in the air. Common lead-containing substances include mitosang (PbO), yellow dan (Pb2O3), lead dan (Pb3O4), lead white (Pb(OH)2 2PbCO3), lead sulfate (PbSO4) and so on. In nature, it mainly exists in the form of galena (PbS) and white lead ore (PbCO3), and also exists in lead alum (PbSO4), and occasionally there is natural lead. Lead ore is often mixed with zinc, silver, copper and other elements. Lead and its compounds are widely used in metallurgy, storage batteries, printing, pigments, paints, glazes, soldering and other operations can come into contact with lead and its compounds.
