We produce High Temperature Superalloy Castings Parts with centrifugal cast process, investment process and resin sand cast process.

Cobalt metals are mainly used to make alloys.Cobalt base alloy is the general name of one or several alloys made of cobalt and chromium, tungsten, iron and nickel.It can significantly improve the wear resistance and cutting performance of steel with a certain amount of cobalt.Cobalt containing more than 50% of the company too litas carbide if heated to 1000 ℃ will not lose its original hardness, now this kind of cemented carbide cutting tools has become a gold and aluminum with one of the most important material.The high strength of nickel-base alloys containing titanium and aluminum is due to the formation of a phase fortifier consisting of NiAl(Ti). When the operating temperature is high, the phase intensifier particles are transferred to the solid solution, when the alloy loses strength rapidly.
