Furnace Rollers

EB furnace rollers made from different materials,such as stainless steel,Ni-Cr Iron base heat-resistant steel,for heat treatment furnaces with service temperature up to 1600℃(2912°F).

EB’s furnace rollers are made for different heat treatment processes for steel, aluminium,Zinc Alloy and other metallic materials,which have been widely used in the following applications:

Quenching furnaces

Annealing furnaces

Carburizing furnaces

Galvanizing furnaces

Sintering furnaces

Hardening furnaces

Outstanding Features:

1. Resistance to high temperature: Up to 1600℃；

2.Resistance to deformation in carburizing,nitriding,neutral and oxidizing atmospheres

3.Maximizing heat flux

4.Shortening the process time

5.Longer service life and better installation effects because of more scientific process design

6.Production Process: centrifugal cast process + investment cast process + machining process + welding process

7.We can make the furnace rollers as per customer design.

8.Diameter: 50mm - 1600mm; Length: less than 3m.

9.Material grades:

Less than 750℃: Cr20Ni10 ;

750~850℃: Cr20Ni14;

850~950℃: Cr25Ni20Si2, SCH21;

950~1000℃: GX40NiCrSi38-18,1.4865;

1000~1100℃: GX40NiCrSiNb38-18,1.4849;

1100~1200℃: G-NiCr28W, 2.4879.
