Introduction of Elbows

Elbow materials include cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics.
The connection methods with pipes include direct welding (the most commonly used method), flange connection, hot melt connection, electric fusion connection, threaded connection and socket connection. According to the production process, it can be divided into: welding elbow, stamping elbow, pushing elbow, casting elbow, butt welding elbow, etc. Other names: 90 degree elbow, right angle bend, etc.
Super Duplex stainless steel refers to a stainless steel with both austenite and ferrite metallographic structures. Super Duplex steel, also known as duplex steel. Generally, the steel composed of ferrite and austenite phase structure is called dual phase stainless steel, and the steel composed of ferrite and Martensite phase structure is called dual phase steel.
Super Duplex steel is obtained from low carbon steel or low alloy high-strength steel after critical zone heat treatment or controlled rolling. Typical yield strength of dual phase steel σ S is 310MPa, tensile strength σ B is 655MPa. Dual phase steel is used for manufacturing complex components formed by cold stamping and deep drawing, and can also be used as pipeline steel, chains, cold drawn steel wires, prestressed steel bars, etc.
