Advantage of sms smms fabric

1. Light weight: polypropylene resin as the main raw material, the proportion is only 0.9, only three fifths of cotton. It's fluffy and feels good.
2. Softness: by fine fiber (2-3D) light hot fusion bonding. The finished product is soft and comfortable.
3. Pump permeability: polypropylene slices do not absorb water, water content is zero. The finished product has good pumping effect, 100% fiber composition, high porosity, good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry, easy to clean.
4, non-toxic and non-irritating: this product uses FDA food grade raw materials, does not contain other chemical ingredients, stable performance, non-toxic, no odor, no irritation to the skin.
5. Antibacterial and chemical resistant agent: Polypropylene is a moth-free chemical passivation material that can isolate bacteria and insects in liquid erosion; Antibacterial, alkali corrosion, the finished product does not affect the corrosion strength.
6. Antibacterial. This product has the ability of water absorption and non-mildew, can isolate bacteria and insects in liquid erosion, non-mildew and moths.
7. Good physical performance. It is made of polypropylene directly spun into a network and thermal bonding. The strength of the product is better than that of short fiber products. Intensity has no direction, vertical and horizontal intensity are similar.
SMS composite non-woven production line is a machine consisting of two spunbond spinning systems and one melt-blown spinning system.
The first spunbond spinning system forms the first web, then the melt-blown spinning system forms the second web, then the second spunbond spinning system forms the third web.
Three layers of mesh are bonded by hot rolling mill, and finally cut and wound by rolling mill to form SMS composite non-woven fabric.
