According to the nature of work, there are intake area, conveying area, melting area, natural exhaust area, mixing area, vacuum exhaust area and metering area. Different screw elements have different characteristics in different extrusion processes. Appropriate screw elements should be selected and designed according to different extrusion states in order to optimize the overall comprehensive performance in the extrusion process.
