Hydrophilic agent, namely hydrophilic polymer, is directly added to the main screw of non-woven fabric by injection before spinning, and then mixed evenly with PP melt for direct spinning. Advantages: durable, cloth can be used repeatedly. Disadvantages: uneven mixing, often resulting in difficult spinning and poor maneuverability. Surface hydrophilic finishing (post-spinning) hydrophilic finishing is a simple, effective and low-cost method for producing hydrophilic non-woven fabrics. Most of our non-woven fabric manufacturers mainly use this method. The main process is as follows: on-line spunbond hot rolled nonwoves - roll coating or hydrophilic water spray - infrared or hot air. Advantages: there is no spinnability problem, non-woven cloth hydrophilic effect fast, efficient, low price, is the cost of the common masterbatch method 1/2-1/3. Suitable for mass production; Disadvantages: Need to purchase post-processing equipment separately, expensive. The washing resistance test shows that the penetration time increases by about two times after three washes.
