Vacuum cleaning furnace (also known as vacuum calcination furnace) is suitable for polyester, acrylic and polypropylene production, spinnetting board and filter element cleaning in chemical fiber industry, as well as cleaning in plastic, cable and textile industry.
Vacuum cleaning furnace adopts polymer can melt under 300 ℃, higher than 300 ℃ air can pyrolysis coking, higher than 400 ℃ in the air, and a small amount of a certain environment can be fully the characteristics of the oxidation degree of vacuum, the first polymer sewage with the workpiece heated to 300 ℃ (suggest) according to the technical requirements, make multiple polymer melt flow to the bottom of the workpiece on collecting container, Then the temperature rises to 400-400℃, while the vacuum pump is opened and ventilated with a small amount of fresh air, so that the remaining polymer is oxidized and carbon dioxide is generated.
