About non woven die head

How to clean melt-blown die head cleaning?
Add cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning machine. The spinneret is thoroughly immersed in the cleaning agent. The ultrasound was activated and heated to 100℃ for 1.5 hours each time. After cleaning, turn off the heating and ultrasonic cleaning machine.
Take out the spinneret and the spinneret spare parts, and use the dry ice cleaner to blow the spinneret hole to remove the remaining materials in the spinneret hole.
Finally, all spinneret holes are examined with a digital electron microscope to ensure there is no residual material in the spinneret holes.
How often should mold heads be cleaned?
According to mold and spinneret clogging condition. It is generally cleaned every 10-15 days, if the material is clean, there is less impurity, if only a few pinholes are blocked, the cleaning cycle can be extended, a simple treatment with (acupuncture) Silver needle can be used, which can reduce the number of cleaning.
