1.True Gas (PSA) nitrogen generator fully incorporates German technique for nitrogen generation and molecular sieve filling process so that recycling rate of molecular sieve is maximized and pulverization rate is minimized.
2. True Gas (PSA) nitrogen generator incorporates home and abroad technique obtained over the years in the industry. Adjustable and detachable absorption tower has been successfully developed and introduced at the heart which influences life cycle of molecular sieve so that the molecular sieve always operates in stable and static condition. This eliminates for the industry mechanical wearing which is aroused from long term pressure loading against molecular sieve. This will not only retain the tensile strength of molecular sieve, but also the corrected ratio of stacking density of molecular against volume of absorption tower remains zero.

3. Based on inherent features of gases, True Gas (PSA) nitrogen generator has successfully incorporated vortex emission discharge. The adoption of such unit enables timely and effective replenishment of regenerated gases for molecular sieve so that gas consumption rate is significantly reduced and standby duration of air compressor has been extended under the same conditions. The entire process of discharge and replenishment is completed within 15 seconds.
4. On request, True Gas (PSA) nitrogen generator can be fully automatic. Customers can realize 24-hour control and adjustment through remote control system startup, shutdown, flow rate, gas purity, air pressure, nitrogen pressure and absorption tower working pressure. Nonconforming nitrogen will be automatically discharged so that entire machine can fully realize energy saving and reduction in consumption.
