I Quality guarantee

The whole set of system guarantee period 18 months since export from factory or 12 months after tested,

the two conditions based on the prior date,during this period,supplier will bear all the fee which because

of quality problem damaged maintenance or change.

II Quality guarantee system carry out standard(design,manufacture,test)

Strictly according to ISO9001：2000 quality management system standard to manage the whole process

of equipment.

After-sale service :

1.Guarantee promise after sale

2. Customer management system establish

(1)Supplier establish customer files,convenient for helping buyers manage equipment(like different technical

process equipment correctly working instructions)

(2)Convenient for regularly notice buyer change some easily-broken parts,check equipment¬ification

(like via fax,email etc type remind reasonable working&maintenance equipment)

3.Regularly callback service

(1)Regularly via telephone type carry on tracking service &after-sale suggestion consulting;

(2) Buyer regularly return and visit,and help buyer solve site problems for free.

4.Emergency fault solve

(1)When the equipment fault within 4 hours put support in telephone,if telephone can not solve the

problems,whatever holidays supplier will send engineers come to site within 24 hours after got telephone

or fax
