1. Introduction
Based on semi-automatic argon gas purifiers, GASPU has launched the GAP-Z fully automatic argon gas purifier for factories or other environments that require high flow and continuous use of argon gas. This machine operates automatically and continuously, without the need for frequent operation by personnel. Users only need to ensure the continuous supply of raw argon gas and can continuously obtain high-purity argon gas under the action of this argon gas purifier.
This equipment uses industrial argon as the raw gas, which is subjected to catalytic cooling, secondary adsorption, and precision filtration to remove impurities, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and dust to obtain high-purity oxygen.

The two-stage double tower parallel structure of the dryer extends the regeneration time, and the regeneration setting period is arbitrarily set within 48 hours, or operated according to a self-designed program. It is energy-saving and efficient, ensuring the quality of pure gas to the maximum extent. The high-efficiency adsorbent can be reused after regeneration in the product. Suitable for major production departments that require a large amount of high-purity oxygen, such as semiconductors, optical fibers, and picture tubes.
2. Characteristics
The fully automatic purification equipment has a touch panel for one click start and stop operation, with simple and clear operation. The device is equipped with two working groups that work alternately and are used in a cyclic manner. One group is working, while the other group is regenerative cooling for backup. The reactor operates at room temperature for a long time without the need for heating in the drying group. The corresponding panel touch screen can view the hardware composition of the device, operation introduction, observation, monitoring of the working status of the working group, regeneration status of the regeneration group, working time of the working group, switching time, total working time of the device, regeneration heating time, and alarm information status.
This device operates according to a self-designed program, and the operation panel is equipped with a selection control button, which can autonomously select the regeneration cycle to prevent resource waste. All data is collected on the control touch screen, and abnormal pressure and temperature can emit sound and light warnings, prompt inspection, PLC outputs 485 protocol, and can be connected for remote control.
3. Application
This series of argon gas purifiers can be used in conjunction with direct reading spectrometers, fluorescence spectrometers, glow spectrometers, plasma spectrometers, and other spectroscopic companies produced by American thermoelectric, German Spark, German OBLF, Swiss ARL, Shimadzu, Italy NAC, UK Arang, Beijing Liman, UK Oxford, Yantai Oriental, Wuxi Yingzhicheng, Hangzhou Juguang Technology, Jiangsu Tianrui Group, etc., to ensure the accuracy and stability of analytical data.
