Working principle
This equipment uses palladium carbon fiber as a deoxidizer and utilizes the deoxygenation characteristics of carbon fiber to react impurity oxygen in nitrogen with carbon fiber. After cooling and other processes, high-quality gas with a purity of 99.9995% or higher is obtained.
