Instrument air skid, Skid based, integrated, including compressors

The instrument air skid mainly consists of air compressor, air tank, filter, dryer, valve, instrument, control box, etc.

Air compressor: mainly provides compressed air.

Air tank: stabilizes air pressure, reduces air temperature, and simultaneously discharges liquid water.

Filter: Filter to remove impurities such as air, water vapor, oil, dust, etc.

Drying machine: deeply removes water to meet the instrument air dew point requirements.

The entire set of equipment is completed under the control of PLC, working fully automatically or manually.

There is a dew point monitoring instrument installed behind the dryer. Once the dew point of the A # dryer does not meet the requirements, the PLC will automatically switch to B # dryer for operation.
