Product Description
Boyee operates a variety of different high-energy bead mill designs that can handle almost any type of dispersion. Grinding media from 2.5 down to 0.3 mm can be used to create ultra-fine dispersions. With its selection of dispersing equipment, Boyee is perfectly equipped to serve different industries, from new energy battery material to micro-electronics, cosmetics, digital printing and medical device applications.
Boyee has the research and development infrastructure as well as production capabilities to create (nano-) fine dispersions with bead mills. Boyee has an R&D simulator for quick tests, lab-sized mills, production-sized mills and state-of-the-art characterization equipment to handle any dispersion project.

Product Application

It is widely used to produce battery material,printing inks,ceramic material,microelectronics,semiconductor,cosmetics,

pharmaceuticals,agrochemical,paper making,food,life science,paint,inks,fuel catalyst,lon echange products,metallic oxide,pigments,etc.

Features:

1. Patented turbine grinding structure has a higher filling with grinding media. True comminution and high speed dispersion
2. Double cooling systems for the chamber and end cap. The dissolvent which is compatible with grinding material can be added as cooling agency to reduce the production loss because of little leakage .
3. Feeding device: USA imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or frequency control gear pump is optional as clients' requirements. Feeding and discharging tubes with good solvent resistant property.
4. High security property. The Horizontal bead mill will automatically stop working when there is water shortage, air pressure shortage or over-high material temperature.
5. Grinding chamber and rotor is made of high wear resistant silicon carbide and zirconia which has no metallic pollution and discoloring.
6. Reasonable design for inner and outer structure allows stable performance with no vibration and noise.
7. Frequency control and PLC are optional
8. With CE&ISO9001:2015 qualification.
9. Dynamic or static separation system for different material to ensure smooth discharging.
