Automatic spring bed net production line

Product description:
This Automatic Bonnell Spring Production Line( Model: IF-BPL) is specially used to produce bonnell spring mattress bed nets, which can directly produce spring bed nets from steel wire at one time. Only One person can operate this production line, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor costs.
Working principle: 1. Steel wires are winded into single springs by spring coiling machine, and then springs are conveyed to the spring assembly machine through an automatic transmission system.
2. The automatic spring assemly machine realizes the simultaneous connection of the spring up and down, automaticly cutting of the connecting wire, the bending of both ends. 3. The entire spring bed net will be ejected automatically.

NOBO-ZDCW-1 latest model for producing "Bonell" type innerspring units. It can produce innerspring units

directly from wire.Firstly the steel wire is coiled to a spring, and then transferred and inserted to the

assembler by the automatic feeding system.After this,the upper and lower springs are coiled together

at the same time and helical wire is coiled, cut and clamped at bothend automatically. When a unit is

finished, it could be ejected automatically.
