BOPP Film Roll Computerized Multi Color Register Rotogravure Press

Application

Our WX-E gravure printing machine has the longest drying oven of all Weixin series presses. The maximum speed is 230m/min, allowing this printing press to handle large print runs. Better yet, this product is installed with 7 motors. Its gear can offer extremely good rigidity and ultra high rotation accuracy.

Product Feature

1. Every control module of the automatic color register system is equipped with microprocessor and can correct the deviation of
color register quickly and accurately.
2. Main motor with inverter speed control.
3. Turret un/rewinding section, non-stop material splicing.
4. Unwinding and in-feed section with inverter speed control system and close loop tension control system.
5. Rewinding and out-feed section with inverter speed control system and close loop tension control system.
6. Closed oven and independent heating hot air blowing system, automatic constant temperature system.
7. Pneumatic impressing system and pneumatic doctor blade system
8. Diaphragm-type pneumatic ink auto circulating system
9. Inflatable air shaft for unwinding / rewinding material loading
