Description of details

This machine is our company latest professional design and development ,to improve the manual bronzing working status of paper(red envelopes, paper packaging, invitations), plastic, cloth fabric, non-woven industry , it is a new automatic feeding, bronzing, coiling device to eliminate the original manual process semi automatic production equipment, greatly improves the safety and production efficiency, suitable for roll to roll stamping.

This machine can be used for raw materials as below: laminating non-woven, non-woven fabrics, paper roll films, BOPP, PET, roll feeding and rewinding, obviates manual bronzing edition, placed in the formation process, reduce operator risk, is 20 times that of manual gilding on speed, greatly improve work efficiency, reduce the cost .

As a new generation of products at home and abroad, is suitable for PP non woven fabric, regeneration non woven fabric,lamination non woven fabric etc.
The main components selection of imported PLC, the main machine adopts imported frequency converter, to ensure the stability of the machine, positioning with HD color mark sensor, convenient operation..
