3, the action of step pin is what cone pin Φ 8 × 50, taper is 1:50, this pin small diameter is 8 mm, big end is 9 mm. The machining method is to drill an 8 mm hole with an 8 mm drill bit and then reel the large head of the hole to 9 mm with an 8 mm 1:50 cone reamer to OK. If you want to save effort, you can punch the bottom hole into a step hole, increasing 0.2 mm for each length of 10 mm. Standard 8 mm 1:50 reamer market available.
