Description

Non Woven Fabric Making Machine Cross Lapper

This machine is used to spread the carded fiber net into a fiber layer of certain thickness and width, which is used in the next working procedure. The machine adopts variable frequency speed control for three curtain movement, and the output curtain lifting operation is convenient. The width of web can be customized as your need. And you can also adjust the cutting width freely.

Functionality & application:

Convert the fiber sheet to the overlapped form. With the ability to adjust the thickness, weight and evenness of end product. It’s used for the productions of needle punching, thermal bonding, spunlace, etc.

Features:

1. Synchronous and frequency conversion control with position switch.

2. Each lapping belt driven by independent transmission.

3. Clamping infeed lattice with anti-static apron, steady reciprocated carrier.

4. Easy operation and maintenance

Characteristics:

a. Machine frame is 8mm thickness armor plate assembled with brace.

b. Anti-static PVC lattices are for transferring, cross lapping and compensating. Bottom lattice is wooden lattice.

c. Each lattice driving roller is seamless steel, and specially strengthened at the ends of axletree.

d. Cross lapping and Reciprocating is subsection controlled accurately.

e. Reciprocating adopt synchronous belt for drive.

f. Double belt pressing roller lattice is equipped at the output of the cross lapper.

Warranty

The Seller gives a mechanical warranty for all machine parts except from the wearing parts and the problem caused by wrong operation and other man-made factors; the respective warranty period shall be twelve (12) months after mechanical and electrical commissioning. However, in any case the total warranty period shall not exceed fourteen (14) months after the shipment date (date of shipping document). Unless the mechanical and electrical commissioning is delayed for reasons solely attributable to the Seller. Condition for the effectiveness of the warranty is a proper storage after shipment, proper erection and commissioning/start-up, and safe effective storage in case of any delays between erection and commissioning.
Installation and commissioning

The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation, medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is USD180/Day/engineer.
