Pin board nonwoven polyester fiber opening machine for carpet

Product description:

• The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening conjugate hollow polyester fiber, wool, wadding fiber waste, and other filling fiber shorter than 100mm.

• It's main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable, long life and lower maintenance.

• Conveyor track protection system; conveyor is not easy to be worn out.

• Automatic raw material feeding by conveyor.

• The rollers are made by wire, which is stable, long life and lower maintenance, the material opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.

• Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise, shaking.

• High capacity can be from 200kg to 400kg per hour.

The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation, medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is USD180/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about 30-40 days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.
