Mask production line can completely realize flat type mask automatic productivity, including technologies such as coil stock, folding and pressing, mask moulding, cutting, earloop loading and welding, finished products laying-off and so on, to finish the production process from coil row material to finished masks. The masks making by our machine are comfortable, no pressure, good filtration effect, and perfectly attach to face. The masks can be applied to the medical industry, electron industry, mining industry, construction industry and so on.

How is this machine automatic making the disposable flat masks?
The whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Nose strip is cut to length and guide into the hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding and sealing edge of mask, and cutting and shaping by a cutter; Conveying the mask to the ear loop welding stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding earloop; Mask is transported to the conveyor belt for collection when the processing of mask making ended.
