Our factory most advantage is making dried noodle production line. In 2017 we made one set model 1000 with capacity 350,000 pics 8 hours dried noodle production line for customer.

We have much more experience for it.

About dried noodle production line, there are two kinds dryer, one is hanging basket (noodle box)dryer, the other is net belt dryer. Noodle box type dryer cost is high than net belt type.

We can design dryer accord the customer’s workshop to adjust dryer layers and length.

Our factory dried noodle production line has model KDN200 , KDN300, KDN400, KDN510, KDN630, KDN800, KDN 1000

We need ask customer clearly for the dried noodle cake before customer order the noodle line .

First we can know which model is suitable and how much drying time need .

For example , one customer noodle cake is 70 mm wide . And he want a big capacity ,then we will suggest KDN 630. Because 630/70 =9. Means there will be 9 lines come out of rolling machine divider .

drying time is about 45 minutes. But sometimes it's 30-40 minutes if customer's noodle cake is thin .

We can also choose different kinds of dryer accrod customer's workshop size . For example we can make 3 layers, 5 layers ,7 layers, 9 layers drying machine . The length will be short and he height will change tall if dryer has more layers . This is flexible.

Now we start to use thicker and better material while we making drying machine, like chain, gear . Because we have sold many drying machines . We have much experience and some are from our old customer's suggestions . We'd like listening to customers' suggestions. It's good for our product and our company.
