Classification of noodle steaming machine:
1. According to the operating pressure
There are two types of noodle steamers: high pressure and normal pressure. The high pressure noodle steaming machine can work at a higher temperature, so the effect of steaming noodles is good. However, due to the requirement of a sealing device, it can only be used for intermittent production and cannot be used for continuous production. Industrial production is seldom used now, but some chowmein/hakka noodle production lines use high pressure steamer to steamed noodles. Continuously noodle steaming machines are commonly used in instant noodle industry production at present.
2. According to the running mode
The noodle steaming machine is mainly divided into a single-layer straight type and a multi-layer circulation type.
(1)Single-layer straight noodle steaming machine, usually a tunnel made of stainless steel, assembled by several sections, with a length of 10m-30m. The steam box has a pot body and an upper cover, both of which are made of stainless steel with a splint structure, and the middle is filled with high-quality thermal insulation materials to reduce heat loss.
(2)The multi-layer reciprocating noodle steaming machine is a box type, which is composed of a stainless steel frame, a mesh belt track, a box wall and a box door. Same as the straight-layer steamer, the box wall and door are welded by stainless steel plates to form a sandwich structure, and the sandwich is filled with high-quality thermal insulation materials, which have good heat insulation performance. During the production process, the noodles reciprocate in the steamer and are continuously heated and steamed by the steam.
