The Main Structure and Working Principle:
Each zone has two steam nozzles. The nozzle hole is angled downward.The steam is discharged downward from the nozzle and then rises, which put the noodles steamed. The amount of steam is adjusted by three valves of the air supply pipe. Each side of the machine has opening and closing mechanism for the installation of transmission network and internal cleaning and maintenance. Active plate on the exhaust cylinder can control the amount of gas displacement.
