The Working Principle of Square Noodle Cutting Machine:
The motor speed adopts frequency control. The synchronization of cutting-dividing and dryer as well as the accurate access to the box are controlled by the programmable controller. Rely on the weight of mesh belt, steamer net adopts droop method to automatically tighten itself. It has simple structures and reliable effects. Active force uses two helical gear reducer. The roll of noodle steamer network is individually driven by a motor. Sorting, folding, cutting, clipping roll is driven by another motor which is driven by a series of sprocket pairs and drive gears respectively.
