Use of Ripen Conveyor:
This machine is used to mixer output dough curing. Curing process is putting the dough on the conveyor belt for a period of time to make the dough eliminate internal stress and makes the water maximum penetrate to the protein inside colloid particles for mutual adhesion. And gluten network will be further organized, which makes the internal structure of the dough stable and make it has the role of sending raw material evenly.
Operation and Precautions of Dual-axis Mixer:
1) Before the dough mixing adds flour, the dough-unloading should be inspected to see whether it is in the off-position and whether the electric appliance lock stops completely after uncapping;
2) Don’t open the cover and defend net when the mixer is running to prevent sundry and hand falling into the pot;
3) Generally, do not stop the normal operation, such as outages, downtime short-time starting again. Running convertible starting at low speed such as starting again after a longer downtime. The fabric should be dug after the half process and then starting it at low speed.
