The production technology of non-fried instant noodles is basically the same as that of fried instant noodles. The main difference is that the noodle cake is made by micro expansion technology and hot air drying technology. The moisture content of non-fried instant noodles is less than 14.5%, which is more.

Adjustment Method of the Accuracy Rate of Box Entering:

Box entering accuracy rate is controlled by electricity and machine. When the box entering is not accurate, it can be adjusted by the following methods:

1) Adjust the angle of the sliding panel;

2) Loosen the fixed screw and rotate the synchronous wheels to adjust the starting position;

3) Adjust the electric tracking system.

The Working Principle of Round Noodles Cutting Machine:

Noodles falling devices work with the motor of the frying machine at the same time. Motor adopts frequency control. The synchronization of cutting and dividing machine and frying machine as well as the box entering accuracy are controlled by a programmable controller.
