Instant Noodles Production Process:
The process of pressing the loose dough into sheets by a pair of larger diameter rollers is called single-piece pressing. The flour of the noodles after the single-piece pressing is more fine and dense, which is beneficial to improve the quality of the noodles. After single-piece pressing, the dough sheet is continuously pressed by the following rollers according to a certain rolling ratio, and finally reach the required dough sheet thickness.
The noodle slitter is installed under the last roller, passes through the noodle cutter to cut the strips and enters the corrugated noodle former, and then sends the flowered noodles to the steamer at a certain speed through the waving belt to make the noodles gelatinized to 85% above. After steaming, the noodles are sprayed to make the them absorb water and soften, and then enter the cutting machine to cut to a fixed length.
