In 2011, NPACK (CHINA) LTD was established.

In 2012, Shanghai Npack was founded and became a member of Alibaba Gold.

The year 2013 witnessed the company's expansion, exporting products to more than 20 countries.

By 2014, NPACK achieved significant global outreach, exporting to over 30 countries with an annual gross sales of 2.5 million USD.

In 2015, Npack established its factory and a professional after-sales service team.

The year 2016 marked a remarkable increase in global presence, with exports to more than 60 countries.

In 2017, 90% of the company's machines were exported to the EU and USA.

By 2018, all of NPACK's machines received CE certification, and the company became a verified member with Alibaba SGS certification.

In 2019, the company achieved an impressive annual sales figure of 4 million USD.

In 2020, NPACK supplied machines to Kimberly Clark.

From 2020 to 2023, NPACK joined the Make in China and DirectIndustry platforms, established the official website npackpm.com, and collaborated with over 500 clients worldwide, resulting in sales exceeding 7 million US dollars.

Npack Services
Training:
We provide a comprehensive machine training system, giving customers the flexibility to choose training either at our factory or in their workshop. The standard training duration is 3-5 days.

Customers receive an operation manual to facilitate efficient use of our machines.

For additional support, we offer training and machine operation videos, ensuring customers have comprehensive resources.

Our commitment extends to remote control service, enabling assistance for customers unfamiliar with machine operation.

Installation:
Upon request, our skilled engineers will be dispatched to facilitate the installation and debugging of equipment at the buyer's location. The associated costs, including international double-way air tickets, accommodations, food, transportation, and medical expenses, are the buyer's responsibility. Full cooperation from the buyer is expected to ensure a smooth installation process.

Warranty:
We assure the use of the highest quality materials in manufacturing. Our machines come with a one-year guarantee. During the warranty period, any spare parts that malfunction due to supplier-related quality issues will be provided to the customer free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for freight costs if the parcel weight exceeds 500 grams.
