The whole machine is controlled by Inovance PLC, which can realize the precise filling, stable performance and easy parameter setting. Pneumatic part adopts famous brand to ensure long-term stable operation. It is application for filling Acid, alkali materials, highly corrosive pesticides, 84 disinfectant, toilet cleaner, iodine, etc.

(1) The machine is constructed from anti-corrosive PP material instead of PVC and stainless steel, encompassing the tank, body, filling nozzles, and screws. Filling nozzles are crafted from PE, renowned for its anti-corrosive properties. The latest design incorporates PE filling nozzles, ensuring a secure seal. (Optional: Titanium alloy filling nozzles are available.)

(2) Employing the gravity filling method, the machine is suitable for non-sticky yet highly corrosive liquids.

(3) Machine dimensions are standardized at 2000×910×2200mm (LxWxH). Depending on the number of filling nozzles, the machine length may vary.
