How does Capping Machine work?

Step 1: Transporting Bottles
The process begins by placing uncapped bottles onto a conveyor belt. The conveyor automatically transports the bottles to the capping station for further processing.

Step 2: Feeding Caps
Next, caps are poured into a hopper. The system delivers these caps to the cap-dropping mechanism. Most automatic screw capping machines are equipped with a cap sorting feature. If a cap is positioned incorrectly (e.g., upside down), it is automatically returned to the hopper for reorientation.

Step 3: Stabilizing the Bottles
Once caps are dropped onto the bottles, the bottles move to the screwing station. To ensure stability during this stage, the machine employs a holding system. This system typically includes two key components:
- A gripping belt, which prevents the bottle from tipping.

Step 4: Screwing the Caps

Step 5: Releasing the Capped Bottles
