Spindle Cappers:
Also known as roller screw cappers, these machines guide a bottle and its cap through spinning discs that induce cap rotation. Fully automatic spindle capping systems manage both the placement and torquing of caps on containers. Spindle cappers are versatile and can handle a wide range of round lug or screw-type caps, including those with unconventional tips or trigger tops. These machines can achieve speeds of up to 200 caps per minute (cpm).
Chuck Cappers:
Chuck cappers work by positioning a cap onto a bottle or container, then passing it through moving components that rotate the cap to create a secure seal. A key advantage of chuck cappers is that the bottles or containers remain in constant motion, eliminating the need for line stoppages during capping, which enhances efficiency.
Single Head Cappers:

This type of machine can be designed to work inline, where bottles stay on the main conveyor, or with a star wheel that briefly removes the bottle from the line to apply the cap before returning it.
