By the action of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into granules, and flows out through the outlet after drunkenness. The rotary drum granulator is suitable for granulation of light and fine powder materials, which is more suitable for granulation of organic and inorganic compound fertilizers. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, the better the quality of balling. Generally speaking, the particle size of the materials before granulation should be less than 50 mesh. Typical materials: chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, carbon black, clay, kaolin, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other organic and inorganic fertilizers are suitable for compounding.
For small single machines, we usually wrap them with protective film and then put them in a sturdy wooden box;
