This series of granulators is a multi-purpose wet granulation equipment newly developed by our company based on our years of experience in developing and producing organic fertilizer stirring tooth granulation equipment and on the basis of the YSL granulator originally developed and produced. It not only improves the shortcomings of the original wet continuous push rod granulator in use, but also adopts the internal stirring tooth and external rotating drum method in the second stage granulation section, which not only meets the quality requirements of granulation, but also solves the problem of some materials sticking to the wall due to excessive viscosity and humidity. This equipment can not only granulate crude fiber organic matter, but also has a good effect on granulating organic and inorganic compound fertilizers, biological fertilizers and a variety of powder materials that are difficult to granulate.

By utilizing the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting air power, fine powder materials are continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, and densified in the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3-3.0mm, and the granulation rate is ≥80%. The size of the particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the moisture content of the material and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the moisture content and the higher the speed, the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
Compared with natural agglomeration granulation devices (such as disc granulators and drum granulators), it has a concentrated particle size distribution, is easy to control, has continuous production, is highly efficient, and is easier to meet the requirements of large-scale production. Spherical particles have no sharp angles after granulation, so the pulverization rate is extremely low.
This agitator granulator is especially suitable for granulating light and self-adhesive fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of the fine powder material, the higher the sphericity of the particles and the better the quality of the pellets. Applicable materials include: carbon black, white carbon black, clay, kaolin, electric jade powder, molecular sieve, calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, etc.
