Product Description:

Twin roller extrusion granulating machine adopts non-drying process, cold granulation and one-step molding, with low equipment investment, fast results and good economic advantages. This equipment integrates granulation, molding and sorting, and features beautiful appearance, easy operation and low energy consumption. The key parts such as the roller body

are made of new metal, making them resistant to corrosion, wear and impact.

Compared with other granulators, the biggest feature of the twin roller extrusion granulator is the double rollers. In terms of material selection, the rollers should be selected from medium carbon steel sheets, which have high hardness and strength, and welded from profile steel. It is strictly controlled according to quality and process requirements, and there are hanging holes in the four corners of the frame, which are used for loading, unloading and transportation.
