Brief Introduction:

MFB-8 series, with characteristics of small size, high precision and fast response, are widely used for coffee machine, electric kettle, milk foam machine, milk heater, heating component of direct drinking machine and other fields with high sensitivity of temperature measurement.
MFB-8 series are with excellent temperature resistance, can be used up to 180℃, prevent over heating and dry burning from damaging the electrical parts of products. Minimum ф 2.1mm is a available for sensing part of encapsulated NTC thermistor, through process controlling of internal high thermal conductivity medium, to ensure the product thermal time constant τ(63.2%)≦2 seconds.
MFB-8 series is designed with ground terminal piece to avoid electricity leakage , in accord with UL safety and so on.

Characteristics:

1. Recommendation as follows:
R25℃=10KΩ±1%, B25/85℃=3435K±1% or
R25℃=50KΩ±1% , B25/50℃=3950K±1 or
R25℃=100KΩ±1%, B25/50℃=3950K±1%

2. Working temperature range: -30℃~+105℃ or -30℃~+150℃ or -30℃~+180℃

3.Thermal time constant 0.5-3 sec.

4. Insulation voltage 1800VAC,2sec.
5. Insulation resistance 500VDC ≥100M ω
6. Cable customized ,PVC, XLPE, teflon cable is recommended
7. Connectors are recommended for PH,XH,SM,5264 and so on
