Our Quality Control For Offset Printing Machine Spare Parts

1. The first inspection: use the calliper and tensile hardness testing equipment to test the raw materials

• The second inspection: as we cast the hair embryo, we will conduct the first inspection on the product, mainly to check the appearance and whether there are any defects in each part.

• The third inspection: in our processed products, we will carry out manual measurement data for 24 hours to ensure that each product is sampled and cleaned by ultrasonic wave for some parts needed.

• The fourth inspection: after the product processing is completed and the ultrasonic cleaning is carried out, we will conduct a hydraulic test on the product to detect 100% whether the product has any defects.

• The fifth inspection: use manual spot check to carry out 100% sampling inspection on the products

• The sixth inspection: the assembly line inspection on the appearance of each product, to confirm whether there is any defect, and on the product anti-rust oil for metal parts.

• The seventh inspection: the assembly line inspection on the appearance of each product, to confirm whether there is any defect, and have the product Surface treatment for plastic parts.

• The eighth inspection: last inspection 100% process on the appearance of each product, to confirm again whether there is any defect before shipment.
