PVB020S Steel Back POM Coated Acetal Resin Composite Plain Bushing Bearing

PVB020S boundary lubricating bearing is a type of DX bushing with red color POM coating. This type composite plain bearing has same material structure with other DX bearing. It's also called POM coated boundary lubricating bearing, SF-2 oilless bearing,plain sliding bearing and dry bushes.

Application

PVB020S DX bushing is widely used in hoisters, bulldogger, tower cranes, and printing or dyeing machines for textiles, steering gear, power steering and so on

Mouting Suggestion

  • Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°
  • Shaft Material:Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
  • Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
  • The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
  • Stick-in: Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
