JDB-P 800G Solid Lubricant Sintered Bimetal Sliding Wear Plates

JDB-P Solid lubricant bimetal strip is made of bimetal strip base with solid lubricant inlaid. This type of wear plates reduce the static and dynamic friction coefficients difference. This material can work stably even under the micro movement condition. Depending on request, oil deposits or grooves could be designed on the bearing surface to hold oil or grease or any possible containments

Other customized material can be made based on customer’s requirement.

Characteristics

  • Improved type based on bimetal strip material
  • With loose embedded graphite, oilless lubrication can be met
  • Low friction coef. under the condition of no oil or less oil lubrication, shaft seizing can be avoided.
  • Suits for working conditions of high-temperature and high-speed occasions where long-term refueling is not possible.

Application

  • This type of bimetal solid lubricants wear plates are suitable for using under middle to low load conditions. It has low friction coefficient and good wear resistance. Light oil lubricating is recommended and periodically oiling helps to improve the bearing duration.
  • The typical applications of this material include the hydro turbine, plastic injection machine guide bushings, tyre mold and other wear plates and sliding bearings.
