Description

Petroleum drill stem joint (butt joint) is the use of oil, natural gas drilling in the tube body on the welding head with the drill pipe, including internal and external thread joint.

Drill pipe joints the company producing all kinds of specifications, can provide a variety of drill pipe blank, light green and finished products according to user needs. The joint is made of high quality alloy steel, with a special heat treatment, high strength, good toughness, long service life. Thread surface by copper or phosphating treatment, excellent anti sticking properties, mechanical properties of SY/T 5290 and API Spec7 requirements

Tool joints of our company are made of modified alloy steel, then fully heat treated. So the mechanical properties in accordance with API standard, such as hardness, strength and impact strength are accorded with standard. All connections are accorded with API Spec. and phosphatized or copper plated in order to improve capacity of resistance to corrosion and anti-galling.
