Description

The new generation horizontal spiral centrifuge of the Juneng series integrates efficient clarification, separation, dehydration, grading, and concentration functions. Equipped with a multi-level planetary gear differential to adjust the differential speed. Through the unique gear structure inside the gearbox, the drum and screw can be completely independently adjusted. Enable operators to easily operate the equipment. Equipped with a frequency converter for a drum, the completely independent and adjustable driving mode allows operators to easily adjust the equipment according to various sludge and working conditions

Working principle

The main components of the centrifuge include: drum, screw feeder, main drive motor, differential system, casing, base, vibration isolator, connecting parts, and supporting lubrication system. The body is composed of a conical cylindrical rotating cylinder and an inner spiral. The body provides sufficient clarification and separation space for suspended materials, allowing the materials to stay in the centrifuge rotating cylinder for a longer time, ensuring the separation effect

The Separation principle of the centrifuge: the suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral outlet. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the solid particles with large specific gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades moving relative to the drum constantly scrape the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum and push them out of the slag discharge port. The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer adjustment plate. The relative motion between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed, is achieved through the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor

Product structure

All parts of the centrifuge that come into contact with the material are made of high-grade stainless steel.
