Description

Horizontal screw centrifuge for sewage treatment centrifugal dewatering system

Introduction

The centrifuge is a countercurrent horizontal scoll discharge centrifuge used for sludge dewatering. The main engine consists of a drum (stainless steel 2205), a screw (stainless steel 2205+316L), and a differential system. The differential speed is automatically adjusted based on load changes, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure a constant dryness of the solid slag, resulting in a drier solid slag.

Operation principle

The separation principle of centrifuge: The suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and spiral discharge port. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solid particles with higher specific gravity deposit on the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously scrape the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum and push them out of the slag discharge port. The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer adjustment plate. The relative motion between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed, is achieved through the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor.

Structure

Adopting a large end feeding design to ensure sufficient retention time for the separated dry sludge, that is, the feeding pipe extends from the straight section of the drum to the middle feeding port. An adjustable weir plate is installed at the large end of the drum to adjust the liquid layer depth inside the drum and ensure the separation effect. The machine has excellent sealing performance to ensure that sludge and sewage do not spill out of the machine and pollute the environment
