Vertical Leaf Filter Working Principle
The Vertical Pressure Leaf Filters is used to pump the white clay mixed liquid from the decolorizing pot or the mixing tank to the white soil by the gear oil pump or the centrifugal pump.The tank is filled and filled. Under the action of the pump's thrust, the large particles of clay are first trapped on the surface of the screen to form a cake layer. Under the action of the cake layer, the fine-grained clay is trapped to form numerous fine passages, thereby trapping finer suspensions, allowing only clear.The liquid passes, at which point the filtration begins, and during the filtration process, a new mixture of white clay is drawn in to form a new cake layer, so that the filter cake is not blocked,ands the material is substantially filtered through the filter cake layer, and the clear liquid flows through the internal passage of the screen through the oil discharge nozzle to the oil discharge pipe. The pump flows to the finished tank through the pipeline under the action of the thrust.
