Product Description

Siphonic Centrifuge is a type of full-automatic centrifuge with continuously working and batch operation. According to the structure, it can be divided into Siphonic Scraper Centrifuge (GKH series) and common scraper centrifuge (GK series).

GKH siphon scraper discharging centirfuge designed on the basis of GK horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge.

The machine is controlled by PLC and regulates speed by frequency convertorm and braking system applies both dynamic braking and regenerative braking.

According to the predetermined procedures, such as feeding, separating, washing, discharging and mesh washing are all under according speed(or full speed).

Features

The scraper centrifuge can be switched between automatic and manual operation, so it can realize the periodic cyclic operation of feeding, dehydration, washing and discharging of the feed material.

Compared with common scraper centrifuge, the sophonic scraper centrifuge has siphonic force like vacuum, so it has better production capacity and separation effect. Especially, it is suitable for the feed material which has small solids, high viscosity, slow filtration and that needs to wash the filter cake.

Successfully Application

GKH series siphonic centrifuge is especially used in the occasion of the higher production, lower moisture in residue of the cake and sufficient washing.

It is widely used in industry area of the solid-liquid separation of the raw material and intermediate products, such as foodstuff, pharmacy, chemical, national defence and so on.

Commonly the material can be 0Cr19Ni9,321,316L,TA2,C276 and duplex steel.

3 ) The adoption of PLC and speed regulation by frequency convertor makes the stepless speed regualtion and braking of the machine possible. The operations of the machine are totally automatically.

4 ) Several interlock control devices highly improve the security of the machine.

5 ) Floating platform and shock absorber need to be installed to the bottom of the centrifuge to reduce damages of vibration to the plant and equipment.
