Industrial Bag Filters Main features

With such features as small volume, convenient operation, low cost and scientific and reasonable design, the DL series bag filter is a new type of "security" filtering equipment that has thoroughly solved the problem of "four leakages" Its handling capacity ranges from 2 tons/hour to 6 tons/hour.

The equipment can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It is mainly composed of cylinder, flat head, mesh tube, filter bag etc. It can be widely used for precision filtration in such industries as biological pharmacy, oil, chemical industry, plant extraction etc.

Industrial Bag Filters Installation

The filter shall be installed in the process flow as required. The filter mesh should be put stably without inclination. The filter bag should be a little larger than the filter mesh. Flat installation should be ensured at places where seal rings are located to avoid leakage.

Industrial Bag Filters Working principle

The liquid enter the filter from the feeding port, then filtered by the filter bag, and finally flow out of the discharge port. After a period time, the residues in the filter bag shall be cleaned out.
