Sludge Dewatering Decanter Centrifuge Applied To Environmental and Wastewater Industry
With the tricanter centrifuge from Juneng Separator, two liquids with different specific gravities can be individually separated from solids in one single process. Tricanter centrifuge is mostly used for liquid-liquid-solids (3- phases) separation.
The light liquid phase is discharged into the casing through radial holes in the large end hub. The heavy phase is discharged through axial holes in the large end hub.
The liquid radius for the light liquid phase is smaller than the radius for the heavy liquid phase. The liquid level is controlled by plate dams. In order to prevent the light liquid phase from leaving the bowl through the heavy liquid phase outlet, a separating plate is placed on the inside of the large end hub.
The heavy liquid phase has to pass under the separating plate before being discharged into the casing. The liquid radius for the heavy liquid phase is controlled by plate dams.

1, Helical pusher adopts the special antifriction method: sprinkle hardness alloy or inlay hardness alloy anti-friction disk; anti –corrosion stainless steel is employed for the material of the main parts of drum, so that assure the durability and longer using lifetime of the equipment.
2, According to the operating condition’s characteristics of material, optimize the drum length-diameter raido, drum and structure of drum taper parts.
3, According to the material thickness, flow change , the rotate speed difference and tolerance can be adjusted.
4, The decanter occupied little area, easy to be assembly and commissioning; the whole machine is operated hermetically, and has a good production environment.
5, Adopt double frequency conversion control for main motor and differentia auxiliary motor, so make stepless speed regulation come true as well as enlarge the scope of application.
