3.DPF800 description
DPF800 disk separator is the main equipment used in the big starch process industry.

The separator mainly consists of base, cantalever, hydraulic oil cylinder, motor ram, main axis suspension device, drum, upper volute and lower volute, etc.

4.Applications

DPF series disc separator applys to :
1,Corn startch and gluten separation;
2,Concentration of gluten;
3,Pre-concentration of starch milk;
4,Clarify; also suitable for other similar product’s separation.
5.Specification
When separate viscous material or the nozzles is blocked, wash the disks, refluent pipe, diffluent pipe, nozzles and the upper volute chamber.
