High-capacity high-temperature hot water boilers are steel pipe-type, usually according to the boiler radiation heating surface media flow method is divided into natural circulation and DC type. (1) The structure of natural lying hot water boilers is similar to that of steam boilers (see figure). Inlet water is generally first through convection heat surface and then through radiation heat ingress, and finally from the top of the upper pot lead. When designing DC-type hot water boilers, the water in the tube is required to have a certain flow rate and the inter-tube flow distribution is evenly distributed to avoid the accumulation of gas and local vaporization in the low-speed pipe. The water ingress temperature of hot water boiler should generally be at least 20 degrees C lower than the saturation temperature under working pressure, so as to ensure that the boiler does not vaporize.
