Oil Seals, also called rotay shait seals, or arease. uid or dit seals, are imponant device on mechanical svstems to isolate the pats that needlubrication in the transmission systems from the output part to prevent leakage of lubrication oil.Among the oil seals the most common type is the TC oil seal, which is a rubber completelv covered double-ip oll seal with a self-tighteningspring. The Tc profle is a shaft seal composed of a single metal cage with a rubber coating, a primary sealing ip with integrated sping and anadditional anti-pollution sealing lip. They also stop dir, oil or water from entering machinery to prevent damage or faiure of the bearingcomponents.
